1. What’s the difference between your power stations?

Our power stations vary by capacity, output, and features. Smaller models (e.g., 550Wh) are ideal for light backup or mobile use, while larger ones (1024Wh and 1248Wh) can support home appliances, workstations, and longer outages.

2. Can I use your solar panels to charge the power stations?

Yes! All our solar panels are compatible with our power stations and come with appropriate connectors for easy setup.

3. Are your power banks compatible with both Android and Apple devices?

Absolutely. Our power banks offer universal compatibility, fast charging, and include built-in USB-C, USB-A, and Lightning cables.

4. Is there a warranty on your products?

Yes. All our products are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty (up to 5 years on power stations). Warranty terms apply to manufacturing defects only.

5. Do your jump starters work on diesel engines?

Yes. Our 10,000mAh model supports up to 2.5L diesel engines, while the 20,000mAh model supports up to 8L diesel and 10L petrol engines.

6. How long do the power stations take to charge?

Depending on the model, most power stations charge from 0–80% in about 1 hour using AC input. Full charge takes 1.5 to 2 hours.

7. Can I return or exchange a product?

You may return unused items within 7 days of purchase in original condition. Warranty-related returns follow a separate process. See our Returns Policy for details.

8. Where do you ship to?
